Administrative services

The governing body in the territories of the Kulyab FEZ is the Administration of the Kulyab FEZ. The SEZ Administration provides assistance at every stage of project implementation.

The Administration provides the following services to the entities within the limits of its authority based on the Regulation on the Kulyab FEZ:
protection of the interests of the FEZ entities;
creation of favorable conditions for attracting domestic and foreign investments and other types of resources;
leasing of lands to the FEZ entities, as well as other objects of the Kulyab FEZ.
creation of an information center, business incubators, warehouses, administrative buildings, production facilities and other structures necessary to ensure the effective operation and development of the Kulyab FEZ.
coordination of the activities of scientific, design, industrial, construction organizations and other domestic and foreign institutions participating in the organization and provision of the activities of the Kulyab FEZ;
consideration of business plans and investment projects of applicants;
issuance to applicants of a document confirming the location and legal sign in the Kulyab FEZ;
regulation of relations between the Kulyab FEZ and the international market;
organization of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel for the Kulyab FEZ, participation in the implementation of state policy in the field of personnel training, employment, youth policy and migration in the region;
organization of conferences, consultations, seminars, etc.;
ensuring the allocation of funds for regional projects;
services for obtaining and processing entry and exit visas, which are implemented in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
