On October 17 of this year, the international forum “Khatlon Invest-2024” and the exhibition “Bokhtar Food-2024” were held in the city of Bokhtar, Khatlon region, in which more than 800 entrepreneurs and investors from the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States, regions and cities of Central Asia, Turkey, Iran, China, management of large industrial and agricultural enterprises, representatives of commercial companies, representatives of subjects of free economic zones of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as domestic entrepreneurs participated.
In the process of holding this event, the panel “Promotion of innovative production in the free economic zones of Khatlon region” was held under the leadership of the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Solehzoda Ashurboy Abduvahid, and within it, there was an exchange of views on the further development of the free economic zones of the country. took place, as a result of which a number of new documents of cooperation were obtained.
Within the framework of this Forum, relevant cooperation documents, including the Cooperation Agreement between the Kulob Free Economic Zone Administration and Taj China International LLC regarding the construction of the International Logistics Center, the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Kulob Free Economic Zone Administration and Narim Food LLC Industrial” of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the direction of the construction of a fruit processing plant, production of electrical devices and wool processing and the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Administration of the Special Economic Zone “Kolob” and LLC “Koriyan Maham” of the Islamic Republic of Iran was signed in the direction of the construction of the mining enterprise and the construction industry.
In general, this forum took place in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.
