On April 3\u20134, 2026, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Abdurahmonzoda Abdurahmon Safarali, carried out a working visit to the free economic zones \u201cDangara\u201d and \u201cKulob\u201d in order to implement the instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity \u2014 Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, H.E. Emomali Rahmon, as well as paragraph 5 of the Protocol of the Government meeting of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 19, 2026, No. 2. The visit was aimed at commissioning new industrial enterprises, increasing the volume of production of competitive products, creating new jobs, as well as reviewing the progress of construction and development works dedicated to the 35th anniversary of State Independence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the visit, Abdurahmonzoda A. S. familiarized himself with the conditions created in the free economic zones for the activities of domestic and foreign investors, the progress of construction works at newly registered enterprises, as well as the production processes of competitive products at operating enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was noted that the country\u2019s free economic zones are one of the key instruments for the development of the national economy, contributing to the creation of new jobs, the introduction of modern technologies, and the increase in the production of competitive domestic products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of the visit, a meeting was held between the Minister of Economic Development and Trade and the management, entrepreneurs, and investors of the free economic zones \u201cDangara\u201d and \u201cKulob\u201d, during which their requests and proposals were considered.
